Listings and availability

Listings show the availability and price known to us at the time of search. A listing is not guaranteed until our team confirms that the number has been secured.

The $10 reservation deposit

The deposit starts a reservation request. It is credited toward the purchase price or first monthly rental payment when the transaction proceeds.

Once Stripe confirms payment and Relink Labs successfully records the selected number as reserved, the deposit is non-refundable, including if you change your mind or do not complete the purchase or rental, except where required by law.

If payment is accepted but Relink Labs cannot create or fulfill the reservation because of a conflict, unavailability, or a listing error, the deposit will be returned to the original payment method.

Purchase and rental agreements

A reservation is not the final sale or rental agreement. Our team will provide any remaining terms, transfer requirements, taxes, fees, and payment instructions before completion.

Customer information

You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. If we cannot reach you or you do not complete required verification, fulfillment may not proceed and the deposit remains non-refundable, except where required by law.

Changes and corrections

We may correct listing errors or remove unavailable numbers. If a correction prevents us from fulfilling a paid reservation request, the deposit will be refunded.
