Privacy policy
This policy describes the information used to search for and reserve a Relink Labs number.
Search information
Search requests contain the digits and filters you submit. They are processed by our server to return matching listings and are not used to create a customer profile.
Reservation information
Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and consent during checkout. Relink Labs receives the contact and transaction information needed to fulfill the reservation.
How information is used
We use reservation information to verify payment, secure the selected number, contact you about next steps, prevent duplicate reservations, issue refunds, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Stripe processes payments, and Supabase stores private reservation and fulfillment information. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and our configuration.
Data storage
Our private reservation database stores the selected phone number, offer type, listed price, Stripe transaction identifiers, customer name, email address, phone number, reservation status, and relevant timestamps. It does not store payment card details.
